Sometimes when using a computer, some users get irritated when their computers get hang, get slow and sometimes get black-out (the monitor suddenly turned to black). In solution this problem, I would like to share some of troubleshooting methods that you can apply when it comes to computer problems.

1.     The computer or laptop does not open or boot.
·         Check the power plug of your computer, maybe it is loose.
·         Check the voltage of your computer if it fits with the electric voltage of your AVR or IPS.
·         Check your operating system boot manager to see if the required system files are stored on your hard disk.

2.    The mouse and the keyboard are not working.
·         Check the peripheral’s connection to your computer if it is correctly connect to your computer.
·         Check if the peripherals are truly working.

3.    The printer is not printing a document.
·         Make sure that your printer is plugged in.
·         Check if the printer is installed to your computer.
·         Check if you are using tour printer as a default printer.
·         Check the connections between your computer and printer.
·         Make sure that your printer is working properly.

4.    The monitor gets blacked out.

·         Restart your computer.
·         Check if your laptop is battery empty.
·         Check the plugged of the monitor.
·         Check the connections between the CPU and the monitor.
·         Check if the required voltage for the monitor is acquired.

5.    The computer became slow.
·         Check if you have an anti-virus in your system.
·         Remove unnecessary programs installed in your computer.
·         Remove unnecessary services in your computer.
·         Better update your computer system to increase performance.
·         Restart your system.
·         Check the specification of your computer. If it is an old specification of computer, better buy a new one.

If my suggestions do not work out, better use a system restore or restore your system by using the installer of your operating system. If this does not worked out too, contact a computer technician or an IT Specialist for consultation.
